Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven. For man has searched everywhere:
searched in the mountains and the religions; searched within himself, and
yet has not been able to align himself, and discipline himself, and look at
himself honestly in the world.

When we choose to grow, we choose to look at ourselves honestly. We
choose to watch our reactions, our interactions, until every aspect of our
life is spiritualized. Think not that the Kingdom of Heaven will come to
you. Rather that we will go to it through attuning our will; through leaving
behind the excess baggage of ego, of doubt and fear, insensitivity,
anger, distrust, and any other excess baggage that gets in our way on
our journey. We must drop all those things.

Now we see them clearly. We see what changes we have to make, and,
in seeing our changes, bless them; bless the fact that we know what we
need to change. Say, "God, I set before you this change I intend to make,
and I call on You constantly to help me with this change."

Jesus says he will help us: "I will help you. I will lift up that burden of
change and transform it, and give you back in exchange something more
beautiful than you began with - more secure, more able to survive the
world."

We must rebuild our lives, step by step, closely looking at what good we

have and what needs to be changed. And each change should be blessed
and it should be joyous. Certainly there is an initial shock of seeing this
necessity to change - the painful process of detachment from it. But once
we see what it is, and how valueless it is, we can just throw it away. It is
as if you were moving out of an old house that you have been living in, and
while you were living in the house, you gathered up all kinds of belongings
that you don't use anymore. So before you leave the house, you say,
"Okay,
what do I truly need out of this house. Well, I never wear that dress
anymore. I never use that footstool. So I'll leave those things behind, and
I'll start in my new house really clean, with just a few things."

We must clean our spiritual house to move into the new house. And when

we pick up an old belonging, we must learn to not kick it and get angry
that we have it, but say, "Well this has served me; has served its purpose.
I had this desire or emotion to teach me something, to make me more
aware, and now I can go past that. So I'm going to leave it behind and I'm
going to my nice new clean house."

When you go to your clean house, instead of regretting the things you've
left behind: the friends, the belongings, the attitudes, just keep cleaning
the walls of your new house, keeping it really clean so dirt and dust don't
enter; keeping it fresh; seeing fresh flowers there. We must keep our new
house very clean, very fresh, and very alive, and then we will not miss any
of the dead belongings of the past.

We must constantly give thanks for these changes to go forward with joy,

rejoicing that we are indeed new people, with new attitudes. The person
we are today is not the same person we were two weeks ago, a month
ago. We are new. Our minds are new, our bodies are new, and our
attitudes are new.

Rejoice in that. Take nothing extra for the trip. I love you. Amen.

I am willing to help you. You are worthy of help. You are my children,
my sheep that I shall protect. So give me your doubts, your fears, your
anger, your annoyance, and I shall pick up all these things willingly.
Give them to me in the moment. Make your dissatisfaction never last
more than a moment; your anger last never more than a moment.
In that moment, you may know peace. Know my peace now.

Feel me. Feel my presence. Increase your ability to know my presence.
Feel me. Feel me through accepting, through being joyous and thankful,
through being willing, through being disciplined and unafraid. Know me.
Give me your burdens. Walk with me, for I love you. I want that you go
unhindered in the world. I want you to be strong, to be righteous. Know
me clearly, and ye shall know the Way, for I am the God you seek, your
place of rest within you. Amen.

Be not afraid, for it is I, Jesus, standing here.

Take thought on how your are to meet me. You've taken care to awaken
your minds to my message. Now take care to awaken your soul to my
spiritual impressions. It is not just Kay that can hear my voice, but all of
you. All of you at the same time, in the same moment, can hear me.
Press yourself forward so that this reality is part of your life. For I am
within all of you, equally. When you do not hear me, it is only from the
hardness of your heart, from the callouses, from the bruises, from the
thickness.

Sense me. As you sense me in small things, in little things, sense me
in that tiny voice inside - that impression - that impression that grows
to be a clarity. In its clearness, it becomes the voice of God within you.
Each must develop this. Each must take steps now to feel it. For we
have not taken the first little step to begin our climb, until we hear this
voice within us - each in his own way, but now.

You hear the voice, not by hearing it, but feeling it - not in the way you
hear a bell, with Earth ears, but from the way the Spirit works, with
impression. The feeling of the word is impressed on your mind.
As you turn to these impressions, they are like rocks which you can
build with - rocks that build out to a strong bridge between this world
and my world. And over this bridge, many shall come to you, and you
shall help them pass, and realize my world - through your example,
through your words, through your thoughts, through your deeds,
through your smiles.

All things must be my things. As you give yourself to me within every
moment, I become you, and you become my examples here on
Earth. So listen for me, in every moment asking yourself, "Is this
what God would have me do? Is this what God would have me say?
Is this how I should behave?" And compare it to me and my words,
to my life. Compare, and listen deeply inside - deeply - very deeply.
Still your mind. Still the wandering, the coming in and going out,
the desires, the attitude. Put down all those things that rob you of the
inner voice. Put them away. And, in the peace, begin to build your
bridge of my words. Listen for me. That is your lesson of the day -
to hear me.

I come not demanding. I come with peace. I come with joy, with
understanding. My words will lift you - lift you. They will set your feet
on the right path. They will make you understand that you are not
alone - no, not alone, for even a very moment, but with me always.
Hear me. Feel me. Feel my presence with you. My presence must
become as familiar as your presence, so that you and I are one.

Let your heart open up and forgive the way my heart did when I said
"Father - forgive them, they understand not". Open. Open, and reach
ever closer to my words. It is not enough that one person hears me.
It is not enough that you wake every morning to learn. You must all
become realized - realized spirits, realized souls embodied on
Earth.

...lost heritage...

So many have come before and lost the way, for they didn't hear me
clearly. They sought my words in books; sought my words in others.
They did not become those words.

To become the Christ, you must be like Christ - in every way, in every
step. To become like Christ you must know Christ in every moment.
Take today to listen in the moment, so that my impressions can be
placed on you. You shall act accordingly. Be not finished with
glorifying my in the moment. Be not finished with loving me in the
moment, but do my will - God's will who sent me to you.

Know me. Know me as a friend that walks beside you. Know me as
a great power and authority. Know me as Love, Kindness, Direction.
Know me. And when you know me, ye shall know yourselves. Ye
shall be saved - saved from indecency; saved from destruction;
saved from all the things that are of the Earth, and temporal.
Hear me; know me; praise me. Amen.

Take heed that you fight not alone, for there is much to overcome:
the ego, desires, the strife of the day, the anger, the impatience,
the unwillingness.
Do not do any of these things alone, but turn to
God in each little trial, that you be lifted. In despondency, in anger,
in injustice, lift up your hearts; lift up your minds. Call on the truth,
on the power of God. Lift it up within the moment. Waiting for
meditation time or prayer time is not enough. In that moment when
things seem low or grey or lifeless, turn your heart towards Him
who knows the Way, who helps you in the little things, so that the
Holy Spirit can reveal to you the clarity of the moment, the perfection
of Truth, the perception of His Way.

Be not afraid, for it is I, Jesus, who shall help you. Be not alarmed

in this. Feel not at any moment that you are accursed, or that you
are alone, lonely, for it is as I said - I died so that the Comforter
may come to you. For this purpose was my life - that you may be
assisted in all things to overcome this dimension, this earth life.
So lift up your hearts every moment. Let not a moment pass where
you don't think of some praise to God - some joy, some little thing.
For I shall not speak to an empty crowd. I cannot relay my message
to a cold heart, a saddened being. Open up your heart, open up
your mind to take in the new thoughts, the new ways, the new
consciousness.

Be not afraid, for it is I that teaches you. I is I that walks with you.

Whether your steps be downtown, in crowds and traffic, or on a
quiet beach, in the grassy park, or doing daily chores.

Be not afraid, for I am with you. Spirit encompasses all things.
The Holy Spirit is beyond your imagination, beyond your power,
beyond all things you know to be true.

The Earth is like a tiny replica, a very tiny little mold, like a child's
playhouse in comparison to the real world, the Universal World.
And in this playhouse, you're here to learn, to try things, And
like a child, you're given things you can break. Like a child, you
come to be reprimanded. Like a child, you cry often. Know that,
beyond that, there is the real world, where nothing is broken,
nothing is mended. Nothing you see around you today is of the
same truth. The truth is more pure, and it is made of the fiber of
Love. Material life is a slowed-down process - a very very slow
process of the Universal Life, and in this you find it heavy; find
your bodies heavy; find your minds heavy, and your spirit longs
to be quickened; to move through time by a thought; to lift itself
above all imaginings and to realize deeper peace. This is all
possible. You needn't leave Earth to do it. It's possible now.
It's possible today. First you have to be awake - very awake -
and watch all your thoughts. Every thought has to be brought
under rein. Every thought has to be spiritualized and lifted.
Lift your hearts; lift your soul to God; receive the energy.

As you receive that energy, know that it is I. It is I who keeps
the promise to you: knock, and I shall answer, and the door
shall be opened unto you. Seek me not in the way of man,
in scriptures and in books. Seek me in your heart. Seek me
in your higher dwelling place within, for that is where I am.

Over 2000 years have passed. There has been a waiting.
Angels, spirits of holiness, have waited for man to approach
this throne. Time and time again, you've come for wisdom,
you've come for strength, for publicity and acclaim on Earth.
You've come for all the wrong purposes.

Be ye clean. Make your heart one with God, so that you may
enter. Be ye clean - clean of doubt, clean of fear, clean of
negativity, and ye shall find me. Ye shall find the Spirit of
Truth within, and it will teach you all things.

Be not afraid, for it is I, and I came not to judge the world, but
to save the world - save them through my grace. My grace is
your grace. Judge not yourselves. Don't condemn yourselves.
Don't beat on yourself with negative thoughts. Don't, like a
child who has tripped upon a rock, sit and hold your eyes and
cry all afternoon, but brush your sore leg off and run again, and
soon the pain will be gone. You will make mistakes; you will
fail, but stand up again and be brave. Keep a stiff upper lip,
and go on. For those who will indulge in tears shall not see
the joy for they cling to despair. You, too, can cling to
imperfection; can rejoice in being imperfect; can comfort
yourself in mistakes and wrongdoings. This attitude must be
thrown away, discarded, and the new attitude put on - a clean
gown to make yourself perfect before the Lord. To put on a
pure white raiment, you must be made of Truth; and the Truth
is Joy; and the Joy and the Truth shall set you free. Amen.

Stand steady in time, not in the future, not in the past. You must learn
to live each moment in its entirety, each moment as if it was the last
moment, so it can be fully appreciated. In your thinking about what you
must do tomorrow, the next hour, you lose track of what you have to do
in the very moment. Make the moment holy. Make each second count
toward God. Spiritualize every thought, every whim, every joy. Free
hearts to all the little things: to the children's smiles, to the song, the
breeze, the little ants and creatures on the ground, the dog. I am in all
these things. Your God has created all these things. Know them. Be
one with them. Cherish them. That is the first lesson - to know me in all
things. I stand not far away. I stand not in the past. I am in the moment.
I am your Lord. When you understand the moment, then you will know
me. Have faith in the moment.

Little children don't go to sleep wondering where their next meal is
coming from. They raise their hands to their mothers with love, and
know that the comfort will come, and the food will come, the pants
will be changed. Raise your arms that way to me, with love, knowing
that I will guide you. That, as little children, I won't let you fall into any
deep holes; that I won't leave you hungry, or depressed, or alone.
Raise your arms to me and thank me. Be joyous, for I am with you.
I am within you. I am a part of you. Know that part within yourself
of me, and keep it holy and make your whole life holy, every moment.

I am not alone in this. There are angels, cherubim, many souls who
have already passed this way that rejoice in your coming. Know
your help is all around you, and within you, celebrating even your
smallest step. Know that you go escorted with love from most high
to help make this nation grow, and this world grow, through your
example.

All payment must be made perfect first. Start with every moment.
Dwell not on anger, selfishness, sexual desires, desires of the heart,
desires of the mind. Dwell not in the future. Dwell in the moment.
In that moment, love God with all your heart, and your neighbor as
yourself. For I am with you. I will help you. The angels celebrate
your return to Eden - to the beginning. Know on earth what it was
like. Know on earth, Heaven. In Heaven, they know to trust, they
know to have faith. Have faith in the smallest things, the littlest
things, and ye shall have faith in the largest. Keep my commandments
that thou shalt love one another. Feel as free as the birds in the air
that ask not whether it will rain today, but fly and soar and celebrate
in the air the joy of being. Develop a joy of being, appreciation.
Seek not what man wants on earth - those distractions, those
childish amusements. Place your happiness in me, for I have
overcome the world. So shall you if you follow in my footsteps.
Be truly free. Follow me in the little things. Keep my commandments.
I love you. Amen.
